1. HOW DO I SIZE MY GLASSES OR SUNGLASSES?

2. HOW DO I BUY PRESCRIPTION GLASSES?

After purchasing your eyeglass frames, take your glasses to one of our flagship locations for custom fits and adjustments. Every Garrett Leight frame serves to combine our luxury eyewear styles with the perfect fitting experience. Come visit us!

3. HOW LONG SHOULD IT TAKE FOR MY GLASSES TO ARRIVE?

Typical ground delivery takes 3–5 business days to arrive.

*Please note, due to high order volume during Black Friday through Cyber Monday expect slight delays. Orders received during this promotion will ship out within 2-5 business days 

4. WHAT IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?

5. HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY GLASSES OR SUNGLASSES IF I’M NOT SATISFIED? 

We accept returns & exchanges on all qualifying purchases within 10 days from the date of receipt. Start your return here.

If you purchased your eyewear at a store location, you will have to return them in person at that location.

6. WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED/DELAYED?

Claims arising from damage, delay, or partial loss of the goods in transit must be made in writing to us within five business days of delivery. Once received, please inspect your items as soon as possible and inform us of any issues as soon as possible so we can make a claim with the carrier if needed, and help resolve the issue right away. Please email hello@garrettleight.com and provide photos of any damaged packaging prior to discarding.

7. WHERE CAN I BUY MY GLASSES OR SUNGLASSES IN-STORE?

8. HOW SHOULD I TAKE CARE OF MY GLASSES OR SUNGLASSES?

Our eyewear is created with high quality acetates and premium metals, so be sure to take care of your frames. Each pair comes with a cleaning cloth to keep the frames clear of particles and a case to store your glasses. Do not leave your glasses in your car, as heat from the car causes the acetate to warp and flex out of alignment. Be sure not to lay your glasses face down on any surfaces or to expose them to rough textures such as sand. 

Do not use any chemicals on your lenses as they may strip away their coating. Use light mineral oil on metal frames to give them additional shine. 

9. MY GLASSES DON'T FIT QUITE RIGHT, WHERE CAN I HAVE MY FRAMES ADJUSTED?

Every face is a little different and we offer free frame adjustment through all of our Retail Stores. Don’t live near a GLCO store? Not a problem. We also offer virtual frame fitting assistance through our Virtual Appointments. 

10. WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?

We provide a two year warranty on our sunglasses, eyeglasses, and clips, starting upon delivery. If the products have a defect within the warranty period, please notify us of the defect as soon as you become aware of it so that we may help resolve the issue in a timely manner. Please email hello@garrettleight.com with the details of your frame or clip and the issue you are experiencing. If you purchased through our online store please include your order number so that we may easily access your order history. If you purchased through an authorized retailer you can either reach out to them directly for assistance or you can send us your proof of purchase and we will be happy to assist you.

No claim under our manufacturer warranty can be made if the damage is caused by:

  • improper use or careless maintenance
  • normal wear and tear
  • incorrectly following the care instructions
  • having anyone other than Garrett Leight California Optical or an authorized retailer make repairs or changes to the product

11. DO YOU HAVE THE CE BOOKLETS IN DIGITAL FORM?
